    Description
    The ArmorZone MASH Temporary Safety Barrier is a modular, water-filled barrier system designed for superior protection in temporary construction zones. It meets both MASH TL1 and TL2 standards, providing robust vehicle containment and redirection at impact speeds up to 70 km/h. The system is lightweight and easy to install, making it ideal for rapid deployment in various roadside and median applications.

    • Accepted by the Austroads Safety Barrier Assessment Panel (ASBAP)
    • Designed in accordance with AS/NZS 3845.1 Road Safety Barrier Systems & Devices
    • Constructed from UV-stabilised, 100% recyclable HDPE for long-term durability
    • Empty units weigh 56kg and can be handled by two operators with no tools required
    • Deployment rate of 120m per hour
    • Container friendly dimensions allow 84 units to fit in a 40ft container
    • Suitable for verge and median applications
    • Can be installed straight or curved down to a minimum 28m radius
    • Smooth surfaces and geometry, more forgiving on vulnerable road users
    • Optional Water-Opening-Screen to prevent rubbish disposal in barriers
